Picture Book Linky Party

I was jumping from one blog post to another tonight, when I found an awesome linky party!! It is about favorite picture books :) I can't wait to read everyone's list of books, although I know that means my shopping cart at Amazon will be filling up soon!!
There are soooo many great books for the beginning of the school year, but this year, my favorite (and my class's favorite) was definitely Pete the Cat!! If you have not discovered the Pete the Cat books, you have to!! And, there are new ones coming out, such as Pete the Cat: The Wheels on the Bus!

    Melissa, last year, when I went to a Lego conference, some ladies were telling me about Pete the Cat. My kids and I just fell in love with him! Now I have the puppet with the little different-colored sneakers on it, and all the books that have come out so far. I hadn't heard about the Wheels on the Bus one. Thanks! I will definitely look for that one.
